If you bring up a terminal window and type lookupd -flushcache that forces your Mac to clear and renew its DNS cache, meaning it should automatically update with the new spoofed addresses. This is handy if you've repointed a domain name and you're waiting for it to propagate. NO NEED TO REBOOT
